Apartments Ifigenia is a new apartments’ complex (opened in 2008) situated in a quiet and less-crowded area, yet close to the main street of Nidri – considered the most cosmopolitan place on the island of Lefkada, and one of the first areas where turism was developed. Nidri lies across the beach right opposite the island of Aristotelis Valaoritis and Scorpio, the island of Aristotelis Onassis. You can visit both islands and also the famous beaches of Porto Katsiki, Egremni or Agiofili on a daily cruise.
Even if not so impressive by scale, the complex has though the advantages of being less crowded than other hotels on the island. It is also the only hotel on the island providing a separate pool with Jacuzzi for each building of four apartments!

Accommodation
There are three buildings (A,B,C) and in every building there are four apartments of different type each. Just next to every building there is one big swimming pool and nice place with sun beds to enjoy the sun.
The accommodation is light and airy. Furnishing and décor are simple, modern and the best quality. We have high standard accommodations so all the apartments comprise comfortable beds with bedside tables and nice lights, dressing, table with chairs for dinner inside (for the big apartments) and table with chairs for dinner outside on the terrace/ balcony.
All the apartments have air-conditioning and LCD T.V.s. All apartments have modern fully tiled with bathing hut / shower and W.C. All Kitchenettes/ kitchens are fitted made out of wood. They are fully equipped with fridge, 2/4 cooking rings (depending on the size of the apartment), sinks and cupboards, extractor fan and cooking utensils,etc.
Facilities
The property features immaculate public spaces with garden and perfectly manicured lawns. It has a total of 12 luxurious apartments that can accommodate from 2 to 6 persons, so it is fit for non-formal, family holidays or with friends.
Besides the comforts provided by the large, very well organized and tastefully decorated modern apartments, with fine Egyptian linens and Italian marble bathrooms, next to high quality furniture – the extra care for all details is a guarantee that all customers’ tastes and needs are satisfied.
In the shared area there are three big illuminated swimming pools with step ladder, with Jacuzzi, outside showers, sun beds and tables, and in front of the complex there’s a big parking area with both covered and uncovered places. All apartments have balconies or terraces which allow sitting out and enjoying the nice view and sun.
Location
Apartments Ifigenia are located in Nydri. Coming from Lefkada town, you reach Nidri and you pass it through over the main road. Then you will find the crossroad with Neochori, you overtake it and at 200m on your left hand you will see our apartments’ complex. Just a 3 minutes walk from the closest bus station, and about 45 min. drive from the Aktio Airport in Preveza.
